Terms and Conditions of Participant for their use of vigilnet.com for schedule requests
The below language is to be accepted by the participant before they begin to use the online schedule request functionality.

By accessing or using the online schedule request functionality ("Service") on vigilnet.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. By clicking "Accept," you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
1. Relationship to Participant Agreement
Your use of the Service is subject to these Terms and does not alter or modify any rules, regulations, or obligations outlined in your signed Participant Agreement with Vigilnet. All terms of your Participant Agreement remain in full effect.
2. Eligibility
The Service is available only to participants enrolled in Vigilnet’s GPS or Radio Frequency monitoring programs or those Responsible Parties identified by the court who have been expressly authorized to use the online schedule request functionality.
3. Schedule Request Requirements
a. All schedule requests must be submitted at least one (1) day prior to the requested leave date and no later than 3 pm local time for next day requests.
b. For schedule requests occurring on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday, requests must be submitted by 3:00 PM local time on the preceding Friday.
c. You must provide accurate and complete address and location information for the destination of your travel, when required by Vigilnet or the supervising authority.
d. It is your responsibility to include sufficient travel time in each schedule request.
e. All schedule requests are subject to approval by Vigilnet or the relevant supervising authority. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.
4. User Responsibilities
a. You are solely responsible for submitting schedule requests on your own behalf. You may not permit family, friends, or any third party to submit requests for you, nor may you direct anyone to do so.
b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials used to access the Service and must notify Vigilnet immediately of any unauthorized access or use.
c. If the Service is unavailable or not functioning properly, you must contact your local Vigilnet office at 888-381-8881 to manually request a schedule request. Technical issues with the Service do not excuse leaving your residence or dwelling without an approved schedule.
5. Limitations of Liability
a. Vigilnet is not responsible for delays, errors, or rejections of schedule requests due to technical issues, incomplete or inaccurate information, or decisions by supervising authorities.
b. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
c. Vigilnet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
6. Data and Privacy
a. By using the Service, you consent to Vigilnet’s collection, use, and storage of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
b. Schedule requests and related data may be shared with supervising authorities as required by your Participant Agreement or applicable law.
7. Termination of Access
Vigilnet reserves the right to suspend or revoke your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to violation of these Terms, unauthorized use, or requests in your monitoring program status.
8. Modifications to Terms
Vigilnet may update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Vigilnet operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of that state.
